have been with Plusnet (or Force9) for the last 8 years - had no problems at all until I downgraded to a lesser product (which I was told would not effect me too much for mainly internet browsing). However, have since had a very noticable reduction in speed together with abysmal response from Plusnet support - will be taking my account elsewhere - their site is well featured if thats your thing and I've had not problem with their spam wotsit - in fact for me it has worked fantastic - but as I said my recent experience prompts me to suggest you try elsewhere first
