I was looking into signing up for £15.99 via a friend who got it installed they said everything worked perfectly quick speed over 45 they paid for until a Friday night in August they returned home from work around 10.30pm to find NO INTERNET straight away email sent this continued ALL weekend emails sent 3/4 times a day tried ringing stuck in a very long q, eventually Monday morning someone answered the phone my friend was told unplug everything (they did that 10.30pm friday night) re plug it all in apparently the router wasn't connected and get a free month for going 4 days no Internet and will call back with the answer to problem THEY NEVER RANG BACK NOR GAVE A DISCOUNT ALLEGEDLY WAS REFUSED AS RESOLVED WITHIN 24HRS OFF REPORTING IT--excuse me fri to mon 4 days hence I'm not going with them I don't understand how things can just disconnect and get re connected THERE end
