Been with plusnot for seven years and in the beginning they were ok. Now it takes days and many different "support" staff lol for even simple errors (on their part) to be corrected,
and then no apology. I expect BT has a lot to do with the poor speeds and slow response but with 3 weeks of 200Kbts download I have had enough. Awaiting my MAC code to migrate away from this bunch of idiots.
