I wish I had never heard of these people, as they where the most expensive for the least speed I've known. The last time they charged me was £67 for 66mb copper broadband. Service Quality was the worst. I kept on seeing these wierd charges on my bill for 0845 numbers. I didn't even connect my hardwired phone line. How did I make calls without the phisical phone? They charged me for restaurant vouchers I didn't ask for. My bill which originally was £27 raised without warning and for no apparent reason. Then they charged me and extra £10 a month to go monthly as I was not going to use their service for another 12 months. When I stopped their service, and disconnected my direct debit and sent them back the router, they continued to charge me against a debt saying I owed them for service I was no longer using. I tried to call them, but they hung up as soon as my account was verified. They called me, but as soon as I picked up the phone to talk to them they hung up. So I used someone else's phone to call them and finally got through. That was 3 months after I'd sent them back the modem. After I'd told them to knock it off, they then sent what I supposedly owed them to a debt collection agency. They also charged me £60 for the router I'd returned to them. So now they want over £180 on top of the 2.5 years they continued to rip me off
