I live just north of Belfast in Northern Ireland. I have been with PlusNet since early 2012. I have never been less than happy with the service I'm getting. The only problem I've had is about a year ago when I awoke one morning at 3.00am. I decided to view BBC iPlayer but my internet was down. I immediately rang their service desk and they had me up and running again within about the space of 15min. I would recommend them.
