Avonline were very helpful when ordering the system, I went for a self install which was pretty easy if you are practical and have some satellite install knowledge.
Over all view of the speed is good MOST of the time but it does have moments of being a bit useless. The modem regularly disconnects but usually comes back on line immediately, however in the last 2 to 3 months of use I have had a full day of outage and no one at Avonline's tech support on a Sunday.
What I will warm people about is all incoming ports are blocked on all of Tooways home packages, if you need to connect to anything at home remotely it will not work. They will not tell you that unless you specifically ask! After finding this out Avonlines response was poor at best, asking to cancel my service was greeted with the usual it will cost you as we are out of pocket and then a lack returning phone calls with costs to cancel etc.
