A couple of months into my 12 month contract with Onestream for both phone and broadband both services stopped working without any notice or warning.
Originally they claimed my line had been slammed but now they claim that they had only ever been providing broadband service and they aren't to blame!
On average it takes at least an hour on the phone before you get through to anyone and then they are as much use as a chocolate teapot, promised call backs or emails never happen and they seem to make little or no effort to rectify their mistakes.
They have made no effort to provide a temporary service and days later I am still without any service and they are saying it will be at least another week before anything will be done.
