I inherited this Kijoma connection when I moved to a new house. Soon after moving in, I found out that the previous occupants had Kijoma but that BT had since made Fiber to the the house available. As it was Fiber to the house and not just the cabinet I ordered from BT. After two months of waiting and a visit from the BT engineer I still had no BT connection but was already being charged. BT gave me a different answer every time I called and waited in their useless customer services queue for 30 mins each time. Eventually after four months they told me that the best they could give me was a 1mb older connection even though all my neighbours have FTTP. In the meantime I was using the old Kijoma connection which was connected the same day I ordered it. I had been a bit sceptical about Kijoma as I imagined that a wireless broadband could not be as good. Whilst BT messed me around and I spoke to various call centres in India it became apparent that I should have just stuck with Kijoma. I cancelled the BT connection and have had a flawless Kijoma connection for two years since then. I pay about £22 per month including telephone for an advertised speed of 50mbs which tests at 49mbs. The supplied router is a really good commercial grade one (although it looks basic). When you speak to Kijoma you actually get someone who is in your local area. Price is excellent.
