I've recently moved to Swish Fibre FTTP from Sky FTTC - they made an offer that no one could refuse, so far based on the experience I've had I'm incredibly impressed.

From the initial phone call right through to connection day, they have been very good, admittedly there was a delay in going live, but this was due to circumstances beyond their control and they did keep me up to date, so the sales team, aren't sign you up and forget, they really care and will keep you up to date.

Installation appointment team are fast and efficient, when the install team arrived to put fibre into the house, they discuss the entire install and make sure you are happy with everything, we had one small problem and the engineer wasn't going to leave until he saw the speeds I was promised.

I'm only two days in and will edit this review at six months but the speeds are insane, rock solid and have never dipped until 400mbps on a wired connection, the supplied Plume pods are a little too quirky for my nature but they dish out very strong and consistent WiFi but they can be very temperamental especially for a power user like myself - I've had to call support once because of the Plume pods and they were helpful.

I'm absolutely chuffed to bits with the company and it's attitude towards customers and would recommend them, if you're in their service area, top marks Swish!
