I didn’t have the smoothest move, but since finding out gigabit went out of business I’m glad I wasn’t cut off!! My speeds really dropped but I spoke to Charles and RJ in support who was brilliant and they kept me updated with emails and text as they needed redirect my network traffic to stop me getting cut off, it’s fixed now and they gave me a month free. The time on hold could be better but at least you get through to someone in England who can actually help and cares. Thank you!
