Download and latency is nearly comparable to my BT line. Only fractionally worse (~2ms of extra latency and ~50Mbps slower dl) for half the price of BT. But the upload is of course way better, and there's no bufferbloat!
Speedtest.net is showing around 880 down/650 up - with about 50 Mbps of variance in either direction across the day/week.
It was really easy to set up with a different router. Squirrel doesn't use PPPoE, but rather IPoE. No username/password required, just DHCP. Free static IPv4 and IPv6 are a nice touch.
Overall I've been very pleased with my install. The symmetric speeds are fantastic for streaming, quickly uploading photos, videos, etc. and even self-hosting services like Plex from home with a fast upload speed.
Also been very happy with responsiveness of support and they are super happy to get technical, which is great if you know what you're wanting or talking about.
The Freedom Fibre installer did a good job in a tricky spot in the house and went above and beyond to get the cable run underground through existing conduit instead of running a line from a nearby pole overhead.
