An absolute game-changer for home broadband, but upgrade flexibility needs work!

I am unbelievably happy and satisfied with my Community Fibre broadband! The 2.5 Gbps home service is phenomenally fast, delivering consistent and reliable speeds that easily handle everything I throw at it. For just £40 a month, the value for money is absolutely unmatched in the current market. While the customer support and admin side is fairly average, the beauty of this service is that the connection is so rock-solid you almost never actually need to contact them. It just works flawlessly day in and day out.

The one key improvement Community Fibre desperately needs to make is offering existing subscribers much better access to upgrade paths. Currently, you are entirely locked into a fixed 2- or 3-year contract with zero flexibility to change your package. This setup makes no sense from a business perspective. If a loyal customer wants to upgrade to an even faster service and pay more money each month, you should be begging them to do it and incentivizing the switch! Instead, the rigid contract rules actively put off users who want to give you more business. Fix this zero-flexibility issue, and the service will be absolutely perfect.
