I moved to Unchained ISP at the beginning of 2024 when Eclipse rebranded and stopped offering competitive services. Keith was able to transfer my service seamlessly. Being in a rural area and working and running a business from home I required the best connection feasible. Unchained provided this by providing a bonded FTTC which has met our needs until FTTP has become available(at last!) The transition to FTTP with Unchained was as I expected.
