I migrated to A&A on FTTP at the end of July, when my previous ISP,
Digital Space, told me they were booting off all their residential
customers. DS aren't part of One Touch Switch, which complicated
matters regarding moving my landline over. That took a month, and I
thought that A&A could have been more proactive with chasing up their
telecoms provider Magarathea to see what was going on, as Mag weren't
replying to A&A's emails. That's been my only gripe.

In the months since, my experience with A&A has been overwhelmingly
positive. The service has been rock solid and fast, the support staff
have gone beyond the call of duty in setting some things up, they have
a sense of humour, and they're fast. I can't recommend them highly
enough, but their relationship or comms with Mag could do with
tightening up.
