UK ISP
Andrews and Arnold (AAISP) has offered to tackle difficult broadband (ADSL) line faults and pledged to "
take on problems other ISPs leave behind". The promise to new customers is supported by a special money back offer, which comes into effect if they fail to resolve the problem within one month. However this pledge does not apply to those migrating in from unbundled (LLU) lines and only supports those with a line on BT Wholesale's network.
Broadband We'll fix your lineLike most broadband lines we make use of links from BT to connect your broadband line to our network. This is a sensible way of providing a broadband service to the whole country, but does mean we have to deal with BT - particularly if and when things break.
We pride ourselves in having a very capable team of people that deal with faults. We have a close working relationship with BT, and our team are well known within all parts of BT for not tolerating being fobbed off.
We have detailed monitoring of lines that allow us to quickly identify faults and take action to resolve them (whether BT, or changes at your end).
In fact, we are so confident we know what we are doing, we'll even take on problems other ISPs leave behind, and that is why we make this offer.
http://aaisp.net.uk/broadband-trial.html Unlike many other providers AAISP will also offer visibility of the dialogue they have with BT on the fault tickets raised (via the control page) so you can see what is going on. Though the problem itself does have to be real, simply hoping for slightly more speed may not be considered a fault. Source: Thinkbroadband .
