The UK Internet Service Providers Association ( ISPA ) has officially revealed the finalists for its 11th Annual UK Internet Industry Awards for 2009. The announcement follows three months of entrant testing by ISPA's technical testing partners, Epitiro. The complete list can be found below and the finalists for the Internet Hero and Internet Villain awards should be announced shortly.
