Popular broadband ISP O2 UK ( Be Broadband ) has topped yet another customer satisfaction award, this time it's the
2009 PC Advisor Broadband Survey. O2 may have been overall winner but there were also three runners up out of 14 providers tested: Be Broadband ( owned by O2 ), PlusNet and Zen Internet .
The survey, sponsored by BroadbandGenie.co.uk and now in its fifth year, asked 6,500
PC Advisor readers to provide feedback on the reliability of their connections, the download speeds they achieve and the customer service they receive.
PC Advisor editor Paul Trotter added:
“A number of ISPs fared well in the results, but O2 stood out from the crowd with customers providing positive reports about download speeds, customer service and the reliability of their connections.”
Naturally the full results are only available to those who actually go out and buy the magazine, which should be on shelves shortly.
