Popular broadband ISP O2 UK ( Be Broadband ) has topped yet another customer satisfaction award, this time it's the 2009 PC Advisor Broadband Survey. O2 may have been overall winner but there were also three runners up out of 14 providers tested: Be Broadband ( owned by O2 ), PlusNet and Zen Internet .

The survey, sponsored by BroadbandGenie.co.uk and now in its fifth year, asked 6,500 PC Advisor readers to provide feedback on the reliability of their connections, the download speeds they achieve and the customer service they receive.


Naturally the full results are only available to those who actually go out and buy the magazine, which should be on shelves shortly.
