The latest consumer research from
BroadbandChoices, which was conducted with the help of 3,950 respondents during June and July this year, has revealed that 34% value the connection reliability of their broadband ISP service above speed (30%) and value for money (23%).
When asked if they felt their ISP had lived up to its promises, almost half (47%) said no. Furthmore the top gripe was disappointment with connection speed (70%), which was followed by reliability issues (32%). Over a third (36%) felt let down by their ISP’s customer service.
