Mobile operator Orange UK claims to have retained its position as the top Mobile Broadband provider in YouGov's latest Dongle Tracker survey of 2,037 adult users; conducted during mid-January 2010. Orange was ranked top for customer service, reliability, ease of use and upload speeds.


Overall Orange came top in an impressive 7 out of 15 categories, which includes being the best at installation, getting connected, staying connected, billing and reliability during the day + evening.

Sadly surveys like this are of little use to consumers without a greater summary of results. In particular it would be interesting to see how Orange rated for download speed.
