Popular ISP Be Broadband has launched a new web page that contains a series of 'How-To Guides' based on feedback from its customers. The simple and slightly comical guides claim they can help to "improve the speed of any UK broadband connection". However many of the tips will not work if you are on a cable platform like Virgin Media UK.

Inspiration for the guides came from BE’s Forum Manager, Matt, who also stars in the video editions (given the extreme fancy dress we suspect that he might live to regret it :laugh:). Based on customer queries in the provider's online support forum, he asked for a more "interesting" way to show members how simple tweaks can dramatically improve the speed of a broadband connection.


The guides are available as downloadable PDFs or in three videos (just one shown above) created by the BE staff at their London office, available on the BE website at: www.bethere.co.uk/mattshouse .
