Vispa has today launched a new service for businesses "
who have outgrown traditional broadband". The service,
Ethernet in the First Mile (EFM), claims to offer an affordable
bonded copper line product that provides firms with symmetric speeds of up to 20Mbps.
EFM also includes a commitment to total loss
faults being resolved within 6 hours (Service Level 4 from BTOpenreach). Prices start from £249 +vat per month for an up to 10Mbps service that requires 2 pairs of bonded copper lines, while the 20Mbps service (£324) needs 4 pairs.
