Cable giant Virgin Media UK has launched a series of new
Winter and Christmas offers on their dual and triple-play service bundles. For example, the 30Mbps service (unlimited downloads, free router and unlimited weekend calls) now starts at just
£5 per month for the first 3 months (then £18.50).
Virgin Up to 10Mb broadband + Calls
* £4 a month for 3 months (then £13.50)
Virgin Up to 30Mb broadband + Calls
* £5 a month for 3 months (then £18.50)
Virgin Up to 50Mb broadband + Calls
* £12 a month for 3 months (then £25)
Typically all packages come with an a free installation, free router, unlimited downloads (note: bigger packages have less restrictive traffic management), free virgin media Security and unlimited weekend calls as standard (evening + weekend and anytime calls available for extra).
Virgin Phone line rental must also be added for an extra £13.90 a month and there's an 18 month contract attached.
Customers adopting the 30Mbps, 50Mbps and 100Mbps bundles can also benefit from a
6 Months Free Spotify Premium subscription. Meanwhile customers whom choose to take one of Virgin's triple-play bundles of broadband, phone and cable TV services will benefit from
3 months of free service.
Furthermore we've been informed that Virgin's top
100Mbps package will soon be discounted to just
£21.50 a month for 3 months (then £35), although at the time of writing this has yet to show on their website. Most of the new deals will be available until 31st March 2012.
