Seethelight, a UK ISP for Fluidata and
Independent Fibre Networks Limited (IFNL) new
1Gbps (1000Mbps) capable ultrafast fibre optic ( FTTH ) broadband network (
announced last week), has this morning kindly revealed the networks first live
coverage locations to ISPreview.co.uk.
According to last week's announcement, the
Fibre-to-the-Home ( FTTH ) service will initially cover over
50,000 newly built commercial and residential properties at more than
20 sites across the UK. We can now finally reveal, after having to navigate some issues of commercial sensitivity, that the first 19 lives sites for the network are as follows.

9. Stanground (Peterborough)
10. Hanham Hall (Bristol)

Seethelight informs us that a further 5/6 sites are pending and talks are already underway with an additional 29 sites across England. The news is extremely promising and it will be interesting to see how far the service extends.
