Budget UK ISP TalkTalk has launched a new promotion ahead of the Black Friday event, which drops the monthly price of their 38Mbps (average peak time speed) “Faster Fibre” FTTC broadband and phone bundle to £21.95 and their 67Mbps “Superfast Fibre” option to £24.45 for new subscribers. Both include free setup.
The new promotion is set to run until 5th December 2019. As usual customers can expect to receive unlimited data usage, included phone line rental (standard call charges with optional free calling add-ons), a wireless router (Wi-Fi Hub), an 18 month minimum contract term and various other features (e.g. network-level parental controls, nuisance call blocking and internet security).
TalkTalk also pledges to “guarantee no mid-contract price rises on all our broadband packages” (excluding add-ons like calls, TV boosts etc.) and promises a 30 day guarantee, which means you can leave penalty free within the first 30 days if you’re “not fully satisfied.”

On top of that the ISP has recently made a number of commitments to pricing fairness, which from early next year should make it easier to re-contract in order to access the same deals as new customers (here).
