Expert Reviews 2020 Awards Name Plusnet as Best UK ISP

Thursday, January 30th, 2020 (12:01 am) - Score 1,713
award golden cup for top broadband isp

An annual survey conducted by Expert Reviews has named UK ISP Plusnet as the “Overall Winner” of their 2020 Best Broadband Awards, although EE (BT) also picked up an award for “Best Customer Service” and Virgin Media came top for “Best Speed.” Sadly TalkTalk came bottom of the customer service table.

Sadly the survey sample, which was based on the questioning of just 620 readers during 2019, was too tiny to include any smaller providers (i.e. take the results with a pinch of salt). As part of that readers were asked to vote in four different categories – Best Customer Service, Most Reliable, Best Value and Best Speed – with the Overall Winner being awarded to the ISP that most customers said they would recommend to family and friends.

The overall winner in the awards was Plusnet with 88% of their customers saying they would recommend the service they use, while Vodafone came last in that category with just 70.69% saying they’d recommend the provider.

The 2020 Winners

Overall Winner: Plusnet
Highly commended: Virgin Media

Best customer service: EE
Highly commended: Plusnet

Most reliable: Plusnet
Highly commended: Sky Broadband

Best value: Plusnet
Highly commended: Vodafone

Best speed: Virgin Media
Highly commended: Sky Broadband

Large sample to find the truth ?? , the truth is they are getting worse the Billing fiasco has been going on for 16 months with still no sign of a fix .
Contact to agents has been reduced to just phone , LONG waiting times .. or social media If you use it .
They removed the Ticket system for contact and now the removed live chat for contact.
They do have some great staff pity they are being let down by the upper management

These things are only a bit of fun.

However this award is based on a limited sample size of 600 odd punters.

Whereas, for example, the ‘2020 best UK Broadband Choices by ISPReview’ is based on absolutely nothing evidence based whatsoever and no sample size at all.

To that one person or persons out there who really need a true and efficient Blackhat hacker i would advice you to contact wizcyber on Wickr (might have to download wicker) he just offered me top notch services, with proof before payment and he is capable of offering hacking services of any sort. P .s i am only doing this to help other from meeting this fake so called hackers who soil the good names of powerfull and genuine hacker. Do mention Amy when contacting him as he can be understandably wary…
