Mobile operator and UK ISP Vodafone has today enhanced their existing “Together” bundle of fixed line broadband (FTTC or FTTP) and mobile plans (4G or 5G) with the addition of family rewards, as well as an additional SIM discount and Norton 360 Premium for online sector and parental controls.
Previously, customers who bundled their Vodafone home broadband and Pay Monthly Mobile plans “Together” – via a combined monthly bill – benefitted from a discount of up to £3 per month off the usual price. In addition, Vodafone also pledged to donate a prepaid SIM for 6-months with unlimited calls and texts, as well as 20GB of data a month, to someone living in digital poverty.
However, today’s relaunch of their “Together” bundles adds three additional enhancements, which includes an additional SIM discount (i.e. 30% off additional eligible SIMs), as well as family rewards (i.e. customers can receive exclusive family-focused experiences, treats and discounts etc.) and Norton 360 Premium (i.e. 12 months free subscription for online security, with parental control features etc.).

In terms of the new family rewards, this seems to be a reference to Vodafone’s VeryMe Rewards programme (e.g. they’ve today added a £12 Just Eat take-away voucher).
Max Taylor, Vodafone’s Consumer Director, said:
“By joining two market-leading products in fixed and mobile; Vodafone Pro Broadband and Vodafone Evo, we’ve created a simple package called Vodafone Together to provide families with unbeatable value.
We are soon set to become Britain’s largest full fibre provider, making Vodafone the destination for families that want the speed and reliability of fibre at a great price.”
End.
Doesn’t sound like much of a deal to me, i’m currently paying £39.56 for 80gbps broadband and a Sim free 100GB data, unlimited calls, etc… whereas the deal on Vodafone’s website for unlimited data sim is £20 a month more expensive at £59 a month on Vodafone together.
I’m assuming you mean 80Mbps, not gbps
With Voda I pay £41 – I get a SIM with 100GB data (unlimited calls, texts etc), 500Mbps broadband with a range extender thingy that I don’t use but other providers charge for plus a backup dongle incase the normal broadband goes down.
Admittedly the offers they have at the moment aren’t the greatest but when they do have one of their frequent offers they are pretty good in comparison to a lot of providers.
Todays announcement was more about the addition of additional benefits if you have both a SIM and broadband, not really price beating offers. Though, VeryMe has always been available to mobile customers without broadband, 12 Months Norton 360 has been available to standalone pro broadband customers for at least the past 6 months, probably more and they have always had quite good discounts on certain additional SIM deals, so not sure how much of an announcement this actually is.
