BlueLeaf Internet has today launched its five point 'Customer Charter', which is designed to highlight their commitment to users. The ISP also made a special offer to ex-
Gio Internet subscribers.
Too many companies forget that without customers they wouldnt exist, BlueLeaf Internet understand that with ever decreasing prices for broadband services many customers are worrying about service levels and most importantly whether they can call their ISP without getting lost in an endless call routing system.
The Customer Charter outlines how BlueLeaf will deal with you and your account and includes how you can expect BlueLeaf staff to handle your enquiries and what to expect when you contact us.
The BlueLeaf Customer Charter:
1. You can choose who you speak to when you call us, if youve dealt with someone previously well offer to transfer you.
2. You can visit us at our offices in Swindon, just drop us an email or call first.
3. If its going to take a while to resolve any problems well call you back at a time convenient to you.
4. If you want a direct contact number for a member of staff well provide you with one.
5. All customers have direct contact details for a senior member of staff should they feel the need to contact them our management enjoy frequent contact with our valued customers, in an effort to improve customer service.----
BlueLeaf Internet would like to extend an invitation to any ex-Gio Internet broadband customers to migrate their ADSL service for no up-front charges. BlueLeaf is offering customers migrating from Gio Internet free migration (as standard) but also one months free service.
BlueLeaf Internet is making this offer following Gio Internets statement earlier today [26th April] that it will not be continuing to service its customers accounts past the end of their billing period.
Customers can contact BlueLeaf Internet for advice and assistance in migrating their service via our freephone sales line on 0800 011 2093 or migration orders can be placed via our website at http://www.blueleafinternet.com, customers need to request a MAC key from Gio Internet to facilitate a smooth transfer of their Broadband service.
BlueLeaf Internet also provided non-subscription dial-up Internet access with free web-space and email accounts. All Broadband accounts come with free web-space, email accounts and are automatically protected from junk and virus infected email.
BlueLeaf Internets Operations Director Andy Smart commented: Its always difficult when you encounter problems with your Internet Service and for many Gio Internet users it will be important to switch to a company that they can trust; BlueLeaf prides its self on its exceptional customer service and we welcome the chance to show all new customers, whether they have come from another ISP or are new to the Internet, our commitment to making their Internet experience and pleasurable one..
