Namesco's 0845 Local Rate Support

Posted: 28th Nov, 2005 By: MarkJ
ISP Namesco (NDO), having listened to customer feedback, has introduced local call rate (0845) customer support numbers (UK based). Similarly the hours of operation for support have been extended 24/7:

This coincides with Namesco Support launching 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (and entirely UK based) - available again at Local Rates - if you have a problem with your website, or your Broadband goes wrong on a Sunday afternoon, with Namesco you do not have to wait until Monday morning to contact support to have the problem resolved, and the call will cost from just 1p a minute to contact us.

Full details on all our new contact numbers are available at:
http://www.names.co.uk/contact.html

Please update your records and contact Namesco on the new numbers. The original 0870 numbers will, however, continue to operate for the next 18 months.

Sadly many providers have shifted onto dubious offshore (India etc.) support centres that often connect using premium rate numbers, so it's good to see another provider doing the opposite for a change.
