The rebrand forms part of Eclipses commitment to excellent customer services with the website being easier to use and navigate including specific areas for both residential and business customers.

Currently, 80% of new customers signing to Eclipse Internet come from recommendations from their existing customer base confirming their quality of service and customer support as second to none.
Andy Press, director of commercial operations at Eclipse Internet said: Our own research shows that 65% of customers consider excellent customer services more important than the fastest speeds for the lowest costs, which other ISPs seemed to be obsessed with.
