We've just uploaded a new poll/survey to ISP Review that asks, "Which communication method do you use the most?". Results from our previous months poll can be read below:
What aspect most frequently causes you to consider changing ISP?
No surprises here, with service performance topping the charts through roughly half of all votes. Typically most consumers can stomach the odd problem so long as the ISP is able to rectify it, yet persistent issues tend to cause an exodus.
Similarly price came in second on 37%, proving that providers need to remain competitive with the market and can't always rely solely on offering a stable service to retain full custom.
We had expected 'Support' (11%) to get slightly more votes, but then most of ISP Review's readership are quite well informed, making support less of a factor under 'performance'.
Typically services bottomed out at 3%, being of least interest next to the basic connection itself.
