Remote Desktop Support System', which will allow a
Vispa Support Technician to directly access the customers desktop in order to solve problems quickly & efficiently:
We can connect to your system, fix the problem, reboot your PC and automatically re-connect the Remote Desktop Console. We can also operate your PC in safe mode if necessary.
We are also able to record the entire Remote Desktop session and email a small AVI file which is useful for re-capping, should the problem recur in the future.
Vispa will offer this service to all existing customers without any additional premiums. We will support any aspect of our services including any hardware configuration providing the hardware has been supplied by Vispa.
If security is your concern, our Remote Desktop Software is firewall friendly and uses the same security levels used and trusted by major banking institutions - End-to-end, 256-bit SSL encryption for compliance with HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley and other federal and local legislation.There's certainly something sinister about any commercial company, no matter how good its intention, having such access to a customers personal computer. Having said that, some users may find this extremely useful.
