BT Outsources Broadband Support?

UK-Bug reports that BT has begun restructuring its Technical Support divisions, which would appear to include the outsourcing of broadband support in Dundee to HCL, the Indian outsourcing specialists.
The changes are predicted to start during January 2006 and finish in March of the same year. Unfortunately many readers of ISP Review know only too well how support quality can diminish when outsourced half way across the world.
