New UK ISP - Aquiss Internet

We don't often see new ISP's launching in the UK these days, yet that hasn't stopped Aquiss Internet from attempting to establish itself. The provider is targeting small business and professional home based broadband users:

Packages appear to start at £20.99 inc. VAT per month for an up to 8Mbps product offering 3GB of max peak usage and 30GB off-peak. A monthly contract, static IP and 0845 dial backup number also make it into the mix.
