HomeChoice Completes Mpeg4

Video-on-Demand (VoD) ISP HomeChoice has completed its upgrade to the Mpeg4 video standard, which has freed up bandwidth for additional content in the future. The provider is now looking towards using ADSL2+ to help deliver HD-TV services in the future.
