BT has been busy toying with conversions of its older fibre optic network (TPON), switching them back to copper wires, for awhile now. The operator has thus added initial conversion dates for several areas.
Samknows reminds us that the reason is because TPON can not support broadband ADSL connections; similarly it's also outdated against BT's newer 21CN. The full list of exchanges can be found here:
