Fast24 today announced it's drive to dramatically improve Customer Service levels since it's recent Management Buyout, Fast24 Ltd announced today that it has now dropped it's premium rate Technical Support Lines in favour of 0845
Lo-Call rate support. In addition Technical resource is being increased by 50% from tomorrow (1st December) through increased staffing and Telecoms infrastructure.
