Site News - Speedtester Problem Corrected

Just a quick apology to readers that have been getting unusual results from our Broadband Speedtester recently. It turns out that a cap had been imposed on server downloads and as a result this caused the tester to report lower than expected results. We've now shifted it onto a temporary external server until a better solution can be found.
