Plusnet has today promised new customers that if they're unhappy with the service then the ISP will actually pay the cost of migration to another ADSL provider. Typically this news follows the new 'Migration Code of Practice':
PlusNet puts its money where its mouth is
PlusNet is proud to announce a unique customer-satisfaction guarantee for new broadband customers. From today, sign up to PlusNet broadband and if you are not happy with the service, PlusNet will actually pay the cost of migration to another ISP.
The guarantee is a great opportunity for customers to 'try-out' the award-winning ISP. PlusNet is so confident of the quality of its service and product that if, after 45 days, the customer is not completely satisfied, the migration fee charged by many rival ISPs
will be taken care of. PlusNet does not itself charge a migration fee to move to their service from another service provider.
"The PlusNet Guarantee is a firm statement of the confidence that we have in our service. Once you try PlusNet, we're convinced you will want to stay", said Marco Potesta, PlusNet's Marketing Director. "Not only do you get the lowest subscription cost around for a 1/2Mb service, but you also get award winning support and full control over your account, from checking the status of your broadband order to administering your email and websites."
Through a winning combination of low broadband pricing, an unmatched level of customer-empowerment and award-winning support, PlusNet has already seen the benefits of its customer satisfaction record. A major driver of the popular ISP's growth in recent years has been the successful 'My Referrals' programme, where current customers recommend the service to friends and colleagues.
