Zen Internet has won PC Pro's 'Best ISP Broadband Award' at the magazines 10th anniversary awards for reliability and service:
The awards, which include best online vendor, best printer, PDA and dial-up ISP are voted for by readers of PC Pro. This year the survey attracted over 13,000 respondents making it the most comprehensive guide to customer support and reliability in Europe. The awards ceremony took place at the Park Lane Hotel, London.
To be recognised for our reliability and service is a huge accolade for Zen Internet, said Richard Tang, founder and managing director, Zen Internet. He continued: Our mission is to provide the best ISP service in the UK, and this award is confirmation that we are well on our way to achieving this goal.
2004 has already been a hugely successful year for the company. It is currently running a massive recruitment campaign to hire 100 new members of staff by the end of the year and the ISP has also won a number of other awards that recognise its consistent growth. Most recently, the company was listed 51st in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100, which represents the 100 fastest growing technology companies in the UK, judged on sales growth and profit figures over the last three years. Zen also won the Growth Strategy of the Year award at the regional finals of this years National Business Awards.
