New Trigger Levels & Top ADSL ISPs

ADSLGuide reports that BTWholesale has set lower broadband ADSL trigger (pre-registration demand) levels on 10 local exchanges. Some, such as Ash Green in Kent, have gone from requiring 700 to just 300!

The site has also issued its monthly list of the top 10 fastest broadband ADSL providers for April:

1. Eclipse Internet - 456.2Kbps (Downstream)
2. Nildram - 449.6Kbps
3. Virgin.net - 446.9Kbps
4. Zen Internet - 445.9Kbps
5. PlusNet - 440.8Kbps
6. BT Broadband - 434.6Kbps
7. PIPEX Internet Limited - 434.0Kbps
8. Freedom 2 Surf PLC - 433.7Kbps
9. Demon - 431.0Kbps
10. BTOpenworld - 423.3Kbps
