WHSmithnet Upgrade Announcement

Posted: 20th Jun, 2003 By: Anne
Today WHSmithnet posted an announcement for their customers about the upgrade to the service.

We would like to inform you about an important upgrade to your WHSmithnet Internet Service. Please take the time to read this announcement now.

You may be aware that Affinity Internet Limited, who previously provided the WHSmithnet Internet service, is no longer trading. However, in order for you to maintain access to the Internet and your e-mail services, we have made arrangements to transfer your account to breathe. breathe is operated by Vitaldata who are one of the UK’s largest Internet Service Providers and deliver award winning services for many high street brand names.

When your service is transferred to breathe, your e-mail address, passwords and webspace will stay exactly the same. The price you pay for your Internet package and your billing date will remain the same. The only changes you will notice will be that your homepage will change to breathe and you will see Vitaldata’s name on your bill.
