UK ISP Eclipse Internet has today announced a new range of flat-rate (unmetered) dialup packages targeted at businesses forced to operate in non-xDSL (broadband) enabled areas:

Eclipse Internet announces new dial-up flat rate service for business in non-DSL enabled areas

Eclipse Internet, winner of the ISPA’s best business broadband provider award in 2003, today announced that it has launched a new range of flat rate dial-up services, which will replace its existing dial-up offerings. With highly competitive pricing, and no additional fees to pay to BT, the range provides an ideal solution for customers not yet ready or able to subscribe to the popular Eclipse broadband services.

Eclipse Dial services feature fixed monthly fees, unlimited email addresses, 20MB of web space and fixed IP addresses. They also provide cost-effective Domain Service options for businesses as well as online order tracking and account management.

Mark Lang, managing director of Eclipse Internet said, “We are committed to developing and delivering a complete range of innovative Internet services for our customers. For many businesses the cost of dial up can be unpredictable and hard to plan for. We are therefore very pleased to be able to offer businesses in non-DSL areas a low cost, flat rate connection option, that includes the our high levels of customer service. Business customers subscribing to our new Dial range also receive the benefit of an easy upgrade path to broadband.”

Eclipse Internet is committed to helping encourage broadband provision in the areas where it is needed. In January, the company launched a ‘We Want Broadband’ campaign. As part of the initiative, Eclipse is rewarding broadband lobbyists with a free website as part of a complete campaign package to allow them to launch online broadband promotional initiatives quickly and simply.
