UK ISP
BTOpenworld is preparing to rename and revamp the branding of its business products (mostly its broadband ADSL services) and business information portal:
NAME CHANGE AND REVAMP FOR BT OPENWORLD BUSINESS PRODUCTS AND PORTAL
From February 4, the BT Openworld Broadband name will be changed to BT Business Broadband. For example, BT Openworld Business 500 plus will now be known as BT Business Broadband Network 500; BT Openworld Business 500 Plug &
Go will become BT Business Broadband Single 500.
Duncan Ingram, Managing Director for BT Openworld, said: "These changes are intended to illustrate more clearly to customers what our products do. In addition, new customers should now find it even easier to select the products that suit their business requirements."
The recently revamped business information portal will also be changing its name to BT Broadband Office (for broadband customers) and BT Business Office (for narrowband customers) respectively. The look and feel will reflect the new business image, and allow the customers easy access to the tools available in the environment. The launch dates for further new branded services will be announced in the coming months.
BT Openworld is a division of BT, and will continue to run the mass market ISP and house the products purchased by consumers and small businesses.
