V21 ISP Hit By User Poaching Mail

UK ISP V Two One (V21) has just become the latest in a growing number of providers to see customers spammed with messages from a rival ISP (F1Internet). The mail concerns an 'upgrade' to local call rate (0845) dialup, which should be ignored.
