Business Serve Brings ADSL To Misys

UK ISP Business Serve has agreed a new deal with Misys, a supplier of IT solutions to insurance brokers, to deliver broadband Internet connections to its national network of customers:
Misys selects Business Serve to supply broadband to UK insurance brokers
Misys Financial Systems, leading supplier of IT solutions to insurance brokers, has partnered with one of the UKs largest business ISPs, Business Serve plc, to deliver broadband Internet connections to its national network of customers.
Business Serve has developed a tailored suite of ADSL broadband connection packages to suite the needs of Misys brokers. These vary from the Misys Internet Starter Solution and Small Business Server through to the Misys Virtual Private Network (VPN) for larger businesses needing to securely connect multiple sites.
There are 512k, 1024k and 2048k connections with 50:1 and 20:1 contention ratios. The packages are flexible enough to meet individual broker requirements.
To help optimise the new relationship, Business Serve has met with, and fully briefed, the Misys sales and account management teams. Business Serve has also appointed a dedicated central point of contact to handle all queries from Misys and the brokers themselves.
