New ISP Review Survey (Poll)

Several readers have asked us to upload a poll regarding the definition of broadband. So, despite having added a new one last week, we've now replaced it with a survey asking: "Where should the definition of broadband begin?"
As usual, the results from our previous survey are below:
Does your ISP provide e-mail anti-SPAM or virus protection?
No - 59.2%
Yes - 36.4%
What's That? - 4.3%
Total Votes = 255
Clearly there's plenty of room for ISPs to better improve their anti-virus/spam features, with roughly 60% claiming that their provider does not offer such a service.
