12 ADSL Unfortunates (Exchanges)

Despite the general success of BTs broadband ADSL pre-registration scheme, ADSLGuide has today published a list of 12 local exchanges that continually miss out on trigger level reviews. This despite many of them raking in a great deal of interest:

It would certainly be nice if BTWholesale could say when these exchanges would be reviewed, if ever. Anything is better than nothing seems to be the philosophy.
