Thedotcomplete.net, which is the group behind several UK ISPs (
OnlineServe, EzAccess etc.), has been downsized and brought by an independent who will try to rebuild the company. TDC has suffered from management and financial problems:
Over the last few weeks, thedotcomplete.net has come under scrutiny for malpractice with reference to ADSL services. A few customers have been offloaded to PIPEX Internet to deal with the current issue with BT. All customers who have been affected have already been informed and transferred by their own means to PIPEX.
thedotcomplete.net has also been downsized. It has been 'bought' back by an independent who will try and rebuild the company which has suffered from management and financial problems. Several UK VISP's which are branded under thedotcomplete.net are also in the acquisition; namely Xscape Internet and OnlineServe. The company is now 100% independently owned and now has full control over its own billing and customer services.Over the past few years there have been numerous difficulties with TDC's vISPs, whether or not this latest shake-up will improve things remains to be seen.
