We've only been with AAISP for a couple of months or so and the service is very good and reliable.
The set up was simple and included setting up the router remotely so there was nothing for us to do.

As a remote worker working on software for networking and the Internet, my Internet connection is of extreme importance to me and I am totally sold on A&A.

The quality of the service, from initial queries, to sales, to installation and support has been outstanding, even more so when compared to the landscape of call-centre/scripted 1st line support that seems to pervade the industry.

They clearly know their stuff and while they provide excellent "techie"-friendly facilities (that I love), my wife commented on how easy it was to get everything set-up when the router arrived while I was away.

Finally, as a remote worker, the whole package provided by them gives me substantial peace of mind - I truly believe that if my connection goes down they have the skills and would do their utmost to get me back up and running as soon as they could.

Several years ago, I used ISPREVIEW to choose Namesco for my broadband and had a decent experience with Namesco.

Unfortunately, they stopped providing broadband services and transferred me to Phone Co-op. I became unsettled with Phone Co-op as the few times I went over my allowance I ended up paying around £25 per month. Also, on calling their customer service line, their personnel seemed relatively clueless and might have been a generic call centre hired from another company.

And this is what led me back to ISPREVIEW. With excellent reviews for A&A on this site and a price of £25 per month covering a lot more usage than I was currently using - with only downloaded data taken into account - it all seemed the obvious thing to do to go to A&A.

I enquired whether my router was supported and, with email confirmation that it would be, I initiated the transfer of my broadband.

The problems started on the day that I transferred to A&A. They switched my backhaul provider from Openreach to Talk Talk and the result was no broadband. What made it worse was that I was telephoning and emailing them and not getting updates as to what was happening.

When I telephoned the following Monday I had been without any Broadband for 5 days. The agent told me that nothing was happening and that I should basically sit tight and wait. I asked about the complaints procedure and was immediately put through to a supervisor named Ashley. Thankfully, my supply was sorted out within 24 hours.

I was hoping for some further feedback about my experience but received no contact over the following few weeks.

However, after a month had passed from the date of my transfer from Phone Co-op to A&A, I received an email from a lady named Victoria who asked if I would be happy to leave a review about A&A at ISPREVIEW. I explained all that had happened and she arranged a credit on my account in regards to the length of time that I was without service. She also referred what had happened to the Business Manager to take up with the agents that I had previously spoken with as the level of service that I had received was not waht the company aspires to.

So, am I happy with A&A?

The initial customer service was disappointing and Shaun admitted when I asked him that if I had not asked about complaining my problem probably would have carried on a bit longer.

However, I think that my speed is a little faster now and more results come up in search engines so I suspect that my internet is now truly unfiltered as they promise. Also, the customer service portal is very informative unlike my previous broadband experiences. Their staff are polite and do seem more than just ordinary call centre staff.

I don't think that £25 is expensive as I ended up paying that anyway when I went over my allowance with Phone Co-op.

My feeling is that my customer service experience is not the norm but I can only rate them 6 on Support due to my experience thus far.

I would recommend A&A to a friend though, as I am happy with everything on balance.

I'm just about to leave AAISP so thought I'd do a end of term review.

I suppose I’d better get the Elephant out of the room, if I rate it so highly why am I leaving?

Well basically, they are great, but they are pricey if you are a high data user which I am. At the moment I am paying £45 a month for Broadband.

Which was fine until my Wife changed jobs recently and we have to make some savings. In the future if circumstances change I shall return.

OK, so onto the service. For the year I have been with them I had no downtime at all, apart from when I switched the router off to go on holiday, when I did I got a text message straight away informing line was down so they obviously have great monitoring capability.

Changeover from BT was straightforward and happened overnight with no downtime. Over the year had the same speed constant with no filtering to worry about.

Their randomly generated passwords tend to be hilarious as well.

Even though they're a bit more expensive than the competition, you get what you pay for. I had a problem getting online when I was first connected, and they helped me out immediately and got me online within hours.

No mess, no quibbling, just done.

LOVE IT!

Changed to AAISP around 18 months ago and moved house.

Service is excellent. AAISP host our domain and look after our VoIP, emails and our broadband very well.

Customer support when needed is excellent; by phone & email. Always very responsive both on the sales and the tech support.

I wish it was a little cheaper and had a reasonable "no limit" broadband option. The service is expensive, but for me I feel it is worth paying a little extra for quality in every part of life, including telephony, broadband and domain support.

Superb Customer Service!!!

Had faulty modem, got new one in post NEXT DAY, all fully configured!

Calling their support is seamless too! They fix the problem rather than following online call scripts like most call centres.

Internet is ALWAYS FAST!.....NEVER throttled and ALL SITES ARE ACCESSIBLE! (they do not block sites, unless requested).

May be slightly expensive, but for a problem free experience definitely worth it!

My only gripe is not too many home packages available, wish they had more in terms of unlimited downloads! (either 50gb/100gb or 200gb downloads).

Was going to go to TALKTALK...but glad i didn't as they certainly would not have solved my issues!

Title: Excellent
I signed up with AAISP when I moved house in May 2015, and have had an excellent experience.

Getting the service up and running was handled very efficiently. The communications on what was coming next were clear and accurate, and they were very helpful and well informed when responding to questions.

When I say well informed, I mean awesomely well informed, including on technical networking issues (and friendly).

They were very helpful when the engineer for Open Reach came around to connect up the FTTC, and hadn't come across the setup I had here.

More importantly, and this is why I chose them over my previous supplier, when the line developed a fault at the cabinet, they were onto Openreach swiftly, and managed the fix with seemingly constant attention through the AAISP case management system, which allowed me to keep track of progress.

If you *need* your broadband to work, and/or you have anything beyond vanilla SOHO networking, then I would suggest AAISP as an excellent choice, at a very good price.

Title: Excellent
Transferred from Fast (also Excellent but too expensive for FTTC) last week.

Speed increase from ADSL to FTTC is amazing, the upload speed is the game changer and pages load instantaneously.

A&A have handled my migration superbly, and the service has been really great.

Speeds awesome, and as I did a bit of research before deciding who to transfer to, I know A&A are one of the best providers and my actual experience in dealing with them for a minor mishap confirms this already.

I am a very happy customer, yes they are more expensive than sky or Talk Talk, but having dealt with those 2 awful companies in the past I dont mind paying a reasonable amount for proper service and support!
