I've been with AAISP for over 15 years now and have recently upgraded from FTTC to (Cityfibre) FTTP (160Mbits/sec).

I was kept well informed during the upgrade and Cityfibre arrived when expected to install the connection. The upgrade went smoothly with the connection immediately switching from FTTC as soon as I connected via the FTTP ONT.

AAISP are slightly more expensive but you get what you pay for. I have never had an issue with the service and any queries have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Have been with Andrews and Arnold for more than 15 years and I highly recommend them. Originally moved to them as I needed IPv6 and I added our telephony later.

Soon after Openreach fibred up our telegraph poles I applied to upgrade to FTTP. Everything from the AAISP side was smooth, painless and reliable as ever. Openreach did miss a couple of installation appointments but, plus ca change.

Been with A&A for 18 years at four different addresses. Absolutely satisfied and never been tempted to change. Great service from people who know what they're doing. Just upgraded from 40/10 FTTC to 300/50 FTTP. Their handling of the upgrade and liaising with Openreach was exemplary and completed on schedule with no problems, despite Openreach having to dig up the paving to run the fibre to the house. They even replaced a cracked paving slab with a new one. Service worked flawlessly out of the box and actually costs less each month than the old copper line.
Could not be better. Highly recommended.

Title: Great ISP
Have been with A&A for years now and always get great customer service. The staff are well trained and friendly, and very knowledgeable. Almost never have a fault with the broadband and virtually guaranteed the offered speeds due to lack of contention in the backend infrastructure.

Having the extra techy features is also very useful for me personally.

At first I was a bit reluctant to move to AAISP since it is significantly more expensive than other internet providers in the area.

However, I thought I would give it a go anyway as it came highly reccomended. I guess just because something is expensive it doesn't mean its not good value for money! This is by far the best ISP service I have ever had. When something goes wrong (which will inevitably happen at some point no matter which ISP you are with) you have instant support available and issues are solved nearly as fast as their internet speeds! It almost feels like you have 1:1 support available.

AAISP loves to keep their customers informed of what is going on at all times which is fantastic!

Would absolutely recommend!

Just a quick note to praise AAISP for my recent smooth changeover to FTTP.
Been with them for about 8 years, starting with FTTC installation.Always able to be contacted during a working day for any concerns etc, the ability to view the Control Pages is very useful although I have never experienced any "early evening slowdowns" , like Virgin for example with their rude overseas call centres, a couple of ISP's before.
Just like all ISP's should be , although slightly more expensive

Having used A&A for a couple of decades, when FTTP became available I contacted them and ordered it.
Delay in install was due to lots of people wanting it!
When the day came it all went smoothly, with the installer doing what I wanted (despite people saying they wouldn't!).
All working well, as fast as it should be, with no slowdowns observed.
All good!

Really love the account management interface, which gives a lot of insight on how the connection is used and performing. Coming from Virgin, where I was unable to find how much data I was using on my connection (and their support stuff directing me on pages that did not exist), being able to see data usage broken down by minute, plus speeds / connection disruptions etc directly in the ISP interface is really refreshing. Whenever I needed to contact support there was no wait time, and the person I talked with had knowledge on the matter rather than reading scripts. Highly recommended
